A fully editable report with predefined lists with custom editable text. Data carries over multiple pages. Photo insertion was a must. The data changes colour when values hit numbers that require attention, like when parts will need replacing. This was completed using javascript.

The job was to repurpose a showroom and office from a tilt up panel construction into a Medical centre with 3 GPs.
